Ticketing allows you to:

  • Create tickets from the Audit Trail, Device Details, and Active Issues, so you can log incidents the moment they're detected.

  • Update tickets from the Audit Trail and Device Details to keep information accurate and current.

  • View ticket details from Active Issues and Device Details to quickly assess status and progress without leaving N-central.

These capabilities help you maintain a clear record of actions taken, ensure accountability, and improve response times across your managed networks.
